The game has three phases. First phase is the fundraising which starts from Karachi with Imran Khan starting his donation campaign from Karachi and going through various cities to collect donations on a vehicle. He gets off the vehicle and walks in the public when reaching Quetta, Multan, Lahore and Islamabad. He completes the fundraising by reaching Peshawar.
The construction phase starts with Imran Khan leading the construction vehicles to the contrition site. There are small tasks completing which progresses the construction of building.
The final phase is equipping the hospital with the medical instruments. Player has to deliver the boxes with equipment to the front of hospital. The game concludes with the inauguration of the hospital.
